3. User Accounts

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans and one-time credit purchases. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Credits purchased are non-refundable and expire according to the terms of your subscription plan. Unused credits may not be carried over unless explicitly stated in your plan.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We will review the issue and, if confirmed to be a data error on our part, we will correct the error and provide a corrected analysis at no additional charge.

This refund policy does not apply to:

  • Changes in property values or market conditions after analysis is generated
  • User error in inputting property information
  • Subscription cancellations (you retain access until the end of the billing period)
